君津営業所　　Kimitsu Branch and Warehouse

昭和43(1968)年に新日本製鐵株式會社君津製鐵所構内で開業した君津営業所は、当社が昭和36(1961)年に八幡製鐵株式會社（現日本製鉄株式会社）八幡製鐵所で業界に先駆けて導入した製鋼副原料等の「出保管倉庫システム」を基軸に営業しています。

「出保管倉庫システム」は製鋼、メッキ原料等の納入メーカーやサプライヤーと当社そして製鐵所労働・購買部や所内各工場が需給会議等で在庫や使用現況、将来の需要予測を常時共有し、過剰在庫や欠品を予防すると共に、ミルスケール秤量時に検収、と云う究極のジャスト・イン・タイム納入を実現致しました。

メーカーやサプライヤーは独自の生産、出荷計画に基づき製品を当社出保管倉庫宛に出荷、当社は本船荷役や横持ち、秤量・検品、入庫、保管、撒から袋詰め等の流通加工並びに出庫・配送を製鐵所内各工場のオーダー或いは原料バンカーや炉前在庫の当社自主管理に基づいて実施して居ります。

製鐵所労働・購買部や製鋼工場、メッキ工場、その他の関連諸現場、そして多数のメーカーやサプライヤーと情報を共有、多品種の副原料等を一元管理する事に依り、各メーカーやサプライヤーが個別に保管、管理し小口配送する膨大な工数や時間、費用の節約に資して居ります。

大型荷役機械や大型トレーラなど機動力を駆使した各種貨物の引き取りや配送も請け負って居りますので、お申し付け下さい。

We established our Kimitsu office and warehouse in 1968 in the premises of Kimitsu Works of   Yawata Iron & Steel Company(present Nippon Steel   Corporation). We already introduced our unique on-site just-in-time storage/delivery system named "Dehokan-soko system" for ferroalloys to Yawata Works, we again introduced the same system of ferroalloys, rare metals and zinc to new Kimitsu Works.

The Dehokan-soko system allows suppliers of steel making materials, the purchasing agent, steel making and galvanizing division of the mill and Hiyoshi Kaisoten to constantly share information about inventory, usage and future demand forecast through monthly meetings, so as to prevent excess inventory and shortages, and also allows the mill to purchase the materials when our delivery vehicles on their mill scales, realizing the ultimate just-in-time delivery.

Suppliers delivery their products to our “Dehokan-soko” warehouse on their own schedule. We perform distribution processing such as stevedoring, longshoring, weighing, inspections, storage, small bag packing of bulk cargo and delivery upon order from plants of the mill, or on our management of material bunkers and furnance inventory.

By sharing information with the purchasing agent, steel making plants, continuous galvanizing lines and other divisions of the mill, as well as many suppliers of ferroalloys, rare metals, zinc and other materials under our unified management, we help suppliers to decrease the vast amount of labor, time and other expenses for storage and small-lot just-in-time delivery.

We also forward heavy, large-scale machineries and bulk cargos from/to all over Japan and other countries. We are looking forward to serving you.
