Engineer

Operate material handling equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, and wheel loaders, for cargo loading and unloading, warehousing, and management operations; perform slinging work; and container cargo unloading work.
Driving large vehicles (dump trucks, semi-trailers, large heavy equipment, etc.)

Class 1 regular driver's license required; Any education level accepted; no experience required; technical college graduates, new graduates, and experienced workers welcome
Support for acquisition of large towing and crane licenses and other qualifications available

Customer Sales
・Follow-up on ongoing transactions with existing clients
・Develop new business partners
・Gather information on market trends

Sell logistics-related products
・Understand customer needs
・Sales proposals for logistics-related products

・Able to correctly understand customer issues and requests and think from the other party's point of view.
・Ability to communicate and coordinate smoothly with internal and external parties.
・Positive attitude toward change and willingness to learn new knowledge and skills
・Flexible to changing circumstances and able to think and act on one's own initiative

No academic background required, 45 years old or younger (for career development through long-term service/as stipulated by Ministerial Ordinance No. 3 (a) of the Employment Measures Law of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare), sales experience preferred
